1:1 Clients/Mentorship

I run an eight week functional breathing programme on a one to one basis. The purpose of the programme is to assess and correct any dysfunctional breathing patterns that can be an underlying factor of stress, anxiety and unrest. This will give you an understanding of the science and importantly develop lifelong tools to incorporate healthy breathing habits into your day, helping to regulating your nervous system. Over the eight weeks you will learn to self-regulate and navigate your physical and mental state, improving your performance across all aspects of your life.

Retreats & Workshops

My retreats provide a safe haven to help you escape the stressors of modern day life, whilst simultaneously equipping you with the tools you need to navigate it. Over the course of the retreat you will develop new relationships, immerse yourself in nature and learn key tools to improve your performance, manage stress and reconnect with your most authentic self.
