MY JOURNEY INTO THE WELLNESS INDUSTRY STARTED AFTER TAKING UP BREATHWORK AS A TOOL TO HELP ME IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE IN ELITE SPORT AND REDUCE PRECOMPETITION ANXIETY.

It wasn’t long until I found that the benefits of breathwork far surpass athletic performance alone, making a significant positive impact on my overall physical and mental wellbeing.

As a result of this, I have made it my mission to train and research breathwork extensively so that I can share with people the life changing benefits of breathwork practice.

Six years later, I now work with professional athletes including Olympians, FTSE 100 executives, and everyone in-between, helping them achieve a sense of inner wellbeing, decreasing stress and anxiety and accessing ‘flow state’ to improve performance at work and in amateur and professional sport.

LIFE CONSTANTLY PRESENTS US WITH SITUATIONS THAT ACTIVATE OUR STRESS RESPONSE.

Research shows that one of biggest drivers of stress is our minds. When an occurrence in our environment is interpreted as a threat, we mount a stress response to overcome this, then once the perceived threat has been averted, we go back to homeostasis.

However, in our modern society we keep the threat alive in our minds and the brain’s interpretation is now that the environment is constantly unsafe. This leaves a large majority of us chronically stressed, inevitably leading to burnout, low energy, poor focus and dysfunctional sleep. As a result, we experience low mood, a lack of motivation and a decrease in performance.

Working with me will help you develop physical and emotional resilience, reclaim control over your emotional and physical state and build stress tolerance by providing you with practical tools to activate the body’s relaxation response. This will significantly increase your physical and mental wellbeing as well as improving energy levels, concentration, sleep and all-round wellness.
